1. How much does a transfer cost?
590 CZK for a saloon car (1-4 passengers) to or from Prague Airport anywhere in the City Centre.
800 CZK for a minibus (1-8 passengers) to or from Prague Airport anywhere in the City Centre.

2. Are your prices per car or per person?
We do NOT provide a shared service. Our prices are per vehicle.
3. Can I cancel my booking?
YES, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours (12 hours for Intercity Transfers and transfers for more than 8 passengers) before your ride. You can change or postpone your booking free of charge as well. Please see Terms & Conditions.
4. What do I do if I don’t know my destination, name of my hotel or my destination is not listed on your list?
Just choose Prague hotels in the drop down menu, enter all the details you do have and we will email you back a quotation as soon as possible.
5. I can't find my hotel
Type into the search field any hotel or address and we will email you your quote by return.
6. How do I pay for my booking?
Cash to the driver or card to the driver.
If you choose to pay online, payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
We accept PayPal, VISA Debit / Credit, MasterCard, AMEX and Maestro. We have a 3D secure online payment system in place.
7. How safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?
At Prague Airport Transport we are committed to maintaining the integrity and security of your personal information.
In fact, when you send personal information to us over the Internet, we first require that a "secure session" be established using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details. You can see https:// before our domain name in your web browser.
We have a 3D secure online payment system in place. For your peace of mind we will not store any of your credit card details.
Your personal information is stored in secure operating environments that are not accessible to the general public. We have security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information by our employees or third parties.
8. When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
You will receive your Booking Confirmation email and a Payment Confirmation email straight after you book your journey and the money has been credited to our account. This will contain the summary of your booking.
9. What is the transportation time between Prague Airport and the City centre?
Travel time from Prague Airport to the City centre takes on average 25-30 minutes. If you travel during peak times or your destination is outside of city centre of Prague, it can take up to 45 minutes.
10. When will I receive my Sales Receipt / Invoice?
You can download your invoice instantly from the link provided on your payment confirmation email.
We provide a 'Meet and Greet' service for all Airport and station arrivals.
For hotel bookings - your driver will be waiting at the reception where possible or in front of the hotel.
For the Main Train Station - meeting point is in front of the Burger King restaurant inside the arrivals building.
For all bus stations - we will meet you directly at your bus platform.
12. What is a ‘Meet & Greet’ service?
A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e. the Arrivals Hall.
13. How long does it take to get through the customs at Prague Airport?
Generally, allow 20-30 minutes after landing for passengers to clear passport control, baggage reclaim and Customs.
14. Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
NO, we will track your plane's progress online when it is in the air and adjust the pick up time accordingly.
15. Is your Company licensed and fully insured?
YES, we are fully licensed. All our vehicles and suppliers are also insured. However, we recommend that you have a travel insurance policy valid for the duration of your trip.
16. What happens if I haven’t received booking confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
Please call or WhatsApp +420 721 333 131 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.
17. Will you meet us any time of day or night?
YES, we provide 24/7 service. We will meet you at any time of day and there is no extra charge for antisocial hours.
18. Can I smoke in the car?
NO, Prague Airport Transport operates a strict non-smoking policy in all their vehicles.
19. How early do I need to book my car?
We can provide service within 30 minutes sometimes, but the earlier you book the better, 2 - 4 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone or WhatsApp +420 721 333 131.
20. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as possible on +420 721 333 131. We will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have despatched a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
21. What if I miss my flight?
Contact us as soon as possible on +420 721 333 131. If you fail to inform us and the driver is despatched our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full "No Show" charge.
22. What is my flight number?
This is the number for your flight, usually starts with 2 to 3 letters and follows with 4 digits e.g. ''OK 0123'' or ''EZY 0123''. Your flight number is NOT your booking confirmation number.
23. Why do I need a baby seat?
Prague Airport Transport stocks a range of quality baby, infant and child seats to fit the younger members of your family. Simply request the seats you need during the booking process.
Czech law demands that anyone under 12 years' old must use an appropriate child restraint.
24. Is it possible to stop somewhere for a while?
Plan your trip to your liking and if you're not in a hurry, do not hesitate to make the most of it. Our drivers will stop anywhere you want, so that you can go for a meal, take a look at the shop or visit one of the local sights or attractions.
Gratuity is excluded from the total price and is not a requirement. However, if you're extremely satisfied with the service, you can reward your driver with an optional tip (10% is sufficient).
26. Can I use you as a taxi in Prague?
YES, to book a taxi in Prague for the best restaurants, theatres, concerts and more just call or WhatsApp us on the below numbers.
27. Can I take a dog on board?
YES, but the dog must be placed in a dog crate or a dog carrier. There is no extra charge for your dog, however we may need to use a larger vehicele - depending on your dog size.
28. Do you offer wheelchair accessible vehicles?
YES, upon request we offer minivans with back ramp for a wheelchair.
29. Luggage allowance
1 piece of large luggage (backpack, travel bag, suitcase) / 1 piece of carry-on luggage (briefcase, handbag, shoulder bag)
Luggage allowance per person is only indicative, we will take you as long as you fit.
