Make a booking enquiry online

3. Collection, processing and use of personal data by Prague Airport Transport

Personal data is collected via the Platform when you choose to provide it, e.g., in the course of registration, the log-in process, completing forms, sending e-mails or in particular by making bookings.

The personal data we may collect includes:

Contact information (such as name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number)
Account information (such as username and password)
Demographic information (such as age and gender)
Booking enquiry information
Geo-location information
Information about the device you use to access the Platform (such as IP address, operating system and web browser)
Your questions / comments, during or following your trips

We use this data for the purposes stated in each case or which are obvious from the enquiry, for example the booking enquiry data is used to satisfy your requirements. Your data is only used for commercial purposes in the course of our own advertising (including recommendation advertising) within the scope of what is statutorily permitted. We may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or financial loss, or (iii) in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.

When you visit the Platform, we may also collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. 

To improve our online services, we can store and use information about how you use our services and our websites. The data which is collected in this manner cannot be related back to a single person (pseudonymization).

We retain your personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

Your personal information is stored in secure operating environments that are not accessible to the general public. We have security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information by our employees or third parties.
